ANDRES was founded in 1991 to better serve the growing Texas construction market. Our mission is to create long-term relationships with our clients.
ANDRES' first project, The Cistercian Abbey (pictured right), was completed in 1992. The Abbey sits on an 80-acre site in Irving, TX and serves as the church for the Cistercian Monastary and School.
ANDRES became a 100% employee-owned company in 2017. This means that all of our employees have a vested interest in their everyday actions due to their direct ownership. ANDRES has always maintained a family culture, and these morals have now integrated with an even deeper sense of accountability.

From Preconstruction to Close Out, we take a systematic approach to Quality.
Systematic Quality Control isn't us just saying we do quality, it's verifiable. The ANDRES commitment to quality starts at the first meetings with the owner and architect during the pre-construction phase. This team-based approach builds confidence between all parties; everyone feels assured the final product will measure up to expectations. These expectations are carried into the field where our team utilizes lean practices and interactive checklists to ensure Quality.

Read MoreThe earlier we are involved in a project, the more value we can bring. We work closely with architects through the design process so buildings are designed to build, not bid. Better solutions always come from greater participation.
We are committed to continuous improvement on our projects. We are on a Lean journey to eliminate waste to improve trade handoffs and increase productivity. We believe in collaborative problem solving and are committed to be better today than we were yesterday.
Finish strong. We take a proactive and systematic approach to the typical closeout to make the turnover process more efficient.
