Gil Andres

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

For over 60 years, Gil Andres has been keeping his clients happy. As the chairman and founder of ANDRES, he believes satisfying clients requires listening to clients and responding to their specific needs. You may recognize several of Gil’s works when scanning the Dallas skyline. Throughout his legendary career Gil has constructed several Dallas landmarks including Fountain Place, Reunion Tower, and Cityplace. Gil has a passion for construction and humanity: "We're in the people business."

Wade Andres

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Since 1991, Wade Andres has notably maintained positive relationships with numerous clients and built a reputation for ANDRES that is admired and respected amongst the Dallas construction industry. The longevity of his employees, the repetition of clients/trade partners, and the company’s continuous growth are all a testament to his hard work and dedication to ANDRES. Wade is a graduate of Trinity University and also obtained his Masters of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University.

Warren Andres

PRESIDENT

Warren Andres has over 39 years of experience in the construction industry. He graduated from Trinity University before going on to obtain his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dallas. In 1994, Warren began working for ANDRES after cutting his teeth on a number of high-profile projects for Disney in Florida. Warren is now ANDRES’ President, and has overseen countless notable projects over the years. He continues to spread his knowledge and passion for quality construction to all ANDRES employees and consistently serves as an innovative and trustworthy leader. Warren is active in the construction community, and was 2018 Chairman of the Board for the Texas Building Branch Associated General Contractors (TBB AGC).

Dinah Hays

VP ADMINISTRATION / CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Dinah Hays began working for Gil Andres immediately following her graduation from Texas Tech University. In 1991, she became one of ANDRES’ original three founders. As Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Administration, she is critical to ANDRES’ daily operations. Her passion for the construction industry and the continued success of ANDRES is evident to all who meet her.

Jeff Kempf

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Jeff Kempf has almost 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Jeff graduated from Pittsburg State University’s Construction Management program in 1980, and joined the ANDRES team in 1998. He is now ANDRES’ Senior Vice President, and also leads ANDRES’ Preconstruction Department. He is an integral part of the beginning phases of projects in Dallas, Austin, and Houston. He continues to spread his knowledge and passion for quality construction to all, and consistently serves as an innovative and admired leader.

Stephen Miller

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Stephen Miller joined ANDRES in 2004 immediately upon graduating from the University of Oklahoma’s Construction Science program. He later obtained his Masters of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas. Stephen enjoys working with project teams to solve the unique challenges that deliver successful outcomes for ANDRES’ clients. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for TEXO, The Construction Association, and is also a member of The Real Estate Council.

Randy Bessire

VICE PRESIDENT

A graduate of Texas A&M University, Randy Bessire has been a key player in countless ANDRES projects over the last 25 years. He is currently ANDRES’ Vice President, and oversees several Dallas projects as well as ANDRES’ Houston operations. His mentorship is invaluable to all who have the opportunity to work with him, as is his wealth of highly sought-after construction knowledge.

Jared Powell

VICE PRESIDENT OPERATIONS

After interning with a General Contractor in Florida, Jared Powell joined ANDRES full-time upon his graduation from the University of Oklahoma in 2000. Shortly after, he earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dallas. Jared possesses an innate ability to oversee several highly efficient project teams while also staying actively involved in ANDRES’ daily operations.

Josh Torres

Vice President Operations (Austin)

Josh Torres joined the ANDRES team in 2004 upon graduating from Texas A&M University’s Construction Science program. Over the years, he has proven himself as an instrumental part of ANDRES’ Austin operations. He has managed numerous projects while also consistently maintaining long-term relationships with trade partners and clients. Josh also possesses a passion for recruiting top talent and has played a major part in assembling ANDRES’ strong and highly qualified Austin team.

Cody Whittle

Vice President Operations (Houston)

Cody Whittle joined the ANDRES team in 2006. A Texas A&M University alum, he quickly established himself as a dedicated and efficient Project Manager with a keen eye for attention to detail. After over ten years managing numerous ANDRES projects in Dallas, he relocated to Houston to spearhead the development of long-lasting relationships within the local market. There is no challenge Cody cannot take on, and ANDRES’ Houston operations are destined for success under his tutelage.

Jonathan Haywood

Vice President Relationship Development

Jonathan Haywood joined the ANDRES team in 2001 shortly after graduating from the University of Oklahoma. He dove right into his career as a Project Manager on multiple ANDRES projects across Dallas and Houston. He has managed a diverse portfolio of project types such as adaptive reuse, hospitality, high-rise residential, continuing care, institutional, and commercial. Jonathan’s career has recently shifted towards maintaining the admirable relationships that ANDRES has established over the last 30 years, as well as developing relationships with additional clients and trade partners in new markets.

Josh Morrison

Safety Director

Josh joined ANDRES in 2015 while working on his Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Josh has since been a part of over 35 different ANDRES projects in some capacity. He was an integral part in the creation and development of the “Work Safe, Home Safe” companywide mantra that ANDRES has worked to instill in each and every employee. Josh consistently keeps ANDRES up to speed on the industry’s leading safety practices, and is a critical asset to each and every project across all cities.
