This project involves the complete demolition of the existing six individual resident hall dormitories, which served approximately 200 undergraduate students on the University of Texas at Austin campus. In their place, a new seven-story dormitory building will be constructed. This building will feature a precast structure spanning 215,155 square feet and will accommodate approximately 1,075 undergraduate students. The first floor contains various common spaces catered to student lifestyle and necessities. Floors 2 through 7 will consist of approximately 589 rooms designed in a traditional style, featuring both double and single bed layouts.
