Vitruvian Phase 1 South (later named SAVOYE) contains 278 residential units in a 5-story building wrapping a 5-story garage, and 114 residential units in a 7-story tower over one level of below-grade parking (totaling 392 units). Vitruvian Park Phase 1 North (later named SAVOYE 2) contains 252 residential units in a 5-story building wrapping a 5-story garage, and 95 residential units in an 8-story tower over one level of below-grade parking (totaling 347 units). Vitruvian Park Block 20 (later named FIORI) contains 241 residential units in a 4-story building on top of two levels of structured parking, and 150 residential units in a 10-story tower (totaling 391 units).
