The Katy is a 30-story apartment tower with 463 units. Six of these units are penthouse units which contain high-end appliances, cabinetry, fixtures, and finishes unique from the rest of the units. Level 1 features a resort-style pool with two detached spa tubs, six BBQ grills, two firepits, and lounge seating. There is also an air-conditioned pool lounge with a kitchen. Level 7 has a 6,600-square-foot outdoor dog park with a seating area and a dog wash/grooming room. Level 7 also contains a 3,800 square-foot fitness room including a yoga room, private fitness rooms, and a wraparound terrace with firepits and exercise areas. Level 9 is home to the Sky Lounge and private dining/amenity kitchen. Additional amenities include full-time concierge service, a street side coffee shop, package concierge, private garages, a carwash area, and a secure custom bike storage system.
