The project is located on a 2.8-acre site in Fort Worth's cultural district and consists of three interconnected 11-story towers. The towers are built over two levels of a below-grade parking structure. The high-end interior finishes are reflective of a 5-star resort-style community. The project had an extremely aggressive schedule, as the 800,000 square foot building was completed in 20 months.
