ANDRES demolished the existing culvert and traffic bridge that became dilapidated over time due to flooding and extended use. New, larger box culverts and headwalls were installed to provide adequate drainage and mitigate flooding. Once completed, a new road was installed, which included an additional pedestrian sidewalk with railing to provide for foot traffic across the bridge alongside vehicles.
