This Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) project included updates to the existing campus, demolition of six existing buildings in order to construct a new 5-story Independent Living building (112 units), and substantial sitework enhancements. This project also included significant renovation and additions to the existing amenity building which now offers updated and/or new dining areas, food service areas, reception, main entry (complete with a new resident entry gatehouse), a pharmacy, spa, lounge, library, auditorium, and classroom spaces.
