The 6-story project contains 302 residential units, a 7-level parking garage, 24,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, and a public plaza. Novel Bishop Arts also includes a guitar-shaped pool to commemorate Stevie Ray Vaughan, who was born and raised in the area.
