Built on the former Dr Pepper bottling plant site, Mockingbird Station has been a North Dallas landmark since opening in 1997 and remains a leading example of transit-oriented development.
In partnership with DART, Trammell Crow, and ANDRES, the 12-acre site is being revitalized through a multi-phase plan. Phase 1, currently under construction, includes a seven-story, 394-unit multifamily building, a seven-story cast-in-place concrete garage with 451 spaces, a pool courtyard, and resident amenity spaces.
