Located at 301 S Harwood Street in downtown Dallas, the new Lonestar Gas Lofts occupies 3 existing structures that have a long history with the city of Dallas. The completed project consists of 123 apartments and 270 parking spaces. The historical aspect of the project made it unique and challenging. The project was done in conjunction with an earlier phase of renovation on the same site. The apartments combined high end finishes were used with lofty urban elements such as sealed concrete floors and exposed brick walls and historical windows. All three buildings were renovated simultaneously so each building had to be treated as its own project.
