ANDRES transformed 18 buildings spanning over a few blocks along Commerce Street and Cesar Chavez (Juanita Building, Pershing Building, 2200 Main Street, Waters Building, the old Masonic Temple, Magnolia Building, and the Woodruff Building, to name a few). This project entailed the demolition of interior spaces, restoring wood floors, installing new steel storefront, and updating the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing to create new up to date and code compliant office spaces. All of this was to be done while maintaining the historical trademarks of each building. Also included in this project was the removal and replacement of the City of Dallas Sidewalks along Commerce Street from Pearl Street through Cesar Chavez and one block of East Commerce towards Deep Ellum.
