Discovery at the Realm – Phase 1 (DATR) is a project located in Lewisville, Texas, specifically within the Castle Hills Development. DATR included the construction of three separate buildings totaling 423 apartment units, a resort style pool, and a lake. This lake includes a waterfall and lakefront promenade with a mixed-use space that includes the leasing office, dog park, fitness center, yoga center, and a bar/lounge for residents. Each building also has its own individual courtyard area with water features, grilling stations, and fire features.
