The 316-unit/953-bed student housing development, located in close proximity to the Texas A&M University campus, will be comprised of a 5-over-2 structure and precast parking garage. Amenities will include an interior pool courtyard, elevated courtyard, fitness center, sky lounge, study rooms, saunas, and yoga studios.
