The 23-story Tower Petroleum Building in Downtown Dallas was built in 1931, and stood vacant for many years. In 2016, ANDRES began the tower’s transformation into a 177-room Cambria Hotel. The Cambria now contains a restaurant and bar (Petro Tower Grill), fitness center, meeting space/work area, and a band rehearsal room for performers at the nearby Majestic Theater. The hotel’s interior boasts a contemporary art deco theme, and a slogan of "upscale but never uptight." The Cambria project was in conjunction with ANDRES' neighboring project at 1900 Pacific Residences/Corrigan Tower.
