Located off of Stemmons Freeway near the Dallas Design District, Cabana is an 11-story building that was once a 300-room hotel. The Cabana Hotel hosted several high-profile guests such as The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Richard Nixon, and Led Zeppelin. ANDRES will be transforming the building into 170 multifamily units with a 4-story new build, as well as a steel garage reconfiguration.
