Berkman Retail is a standalone ground-up building that features two separate spaces readied for tenant finish-out, one coded for restaurant and one coded for retail. The retail space is 1,425 square feet and the restaurant space is 1,725 square feet, and also features a 300-square-foot patio covered by a cedar and steel shade trellis.
