ANDRES turned the 83-year-old warehouse into the Starwood Hotels & Resorts' first Aloft hotel in Dallas. Originally built for the Santa Fe Railway, the eight-story brick building had been vacant for more than a decade. The 160,000-square-foot structure now includes 193 hotel rooms. Among many other amenities, the hotel contains an outdoor pool, a gym, an electric car charging station, a lounge, a business center, and a bar.
