The building includes 24,660 square feet of parking on one below-grade level, and a 2,500-square-foot patio overlooking Turtle Creek. Structural concrete was used to frame the building, with the top level framed with structural steel for economy and special shapes. ANDRES installed an extensive, mature landscape to create the appearance that the building had sat on the site for years.
